RETURN POLICY

• We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders within the US. For issues upon arrival or initial use, contact us at contact@captain-cutie.com.
• All US returns incur a $10 handling fee. Returns from multiple orders must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders and do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
• Returns on orders valued at $1,000 or more are processed upon receipt and inspection at our return facility.
