Order Confirmation & Billing Information

- It is the customer's responsibility to enter accurate billing & shipping details. If incorrect details are provided, Captain Cutie is not responsible for lost shipments.
- If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank restrictions, your order may be canceled.
Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds are issued according to our Return & Refund Policy.
