- Delivery : The delivery time to France and Belgium is 7 to 14 business days.
- Cancellation : We can cancel your order upon request within 24 hours after purchase. After this period, you will need to return the item if you wish to get a refund.
- Return : To return your package for an exchange or refund, please send it back to the following address and email us a photo proof at contact@onolaparis.com. We do not cover return shipping costs.
