- Shipping : We ship your packages within 1 to 3 days
- Delivery to the rest of the world : The delivery time to the rest of the world is 10 to 30 business days.
- Delivery to the United States : The delivery time to the United States is 6 to 15 business days.
- Cancellation : We can cancel your order upon request within 24 hours after purchase. After this period, you will need to return the item if you wish to get a refund.
- Return : To return your package for an exchange or refund, please send it back to the following address and email us a photo proof at contact@captain-cutie.com. We do not cover return shipping costs.
