RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Captain Cutie, we strive to deliver amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day warranty on all products.

 

Return Process

  1. Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
  3. Drop your package off at your local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Return Policy

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging.
  3. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return request.
  4. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return shipping cost is at your own expense. Please ensure to check your returns before sending them back.

Defective/Manufacturing Defects/Quality Issues Resend a new one
Doesn't fit me (wrong size/color ordered) Refundable, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Change of mind (item no longer wanted) Refundable, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Wrong item received (incorrect item/missing item in package) Refundable, we are responsible for return shipping costs.
Package damaged upon arrival Resend a new one
Incorrect shipping information Please verify your shipping information when placing orders and inform us if you wish to change the shipping information.

Please contact us if you wish to return items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. It is not our return address, and it will affect the processing of your return.
