Return Process
- Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
- Drop your package off at your local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Policy
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging.
- We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return request.
- We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return shipping cost is at your own expense. Please ensure to check your returns before sending them back.

Return Address
Please contact us if you wish to return items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. It is not our return address, and it will affect the processing of your return.
Exchange Policy for Incorrect Sizes
We understand that returning an item internationally can be both costly and time-consuming. To make this process easier and reduce costs for our international customers, we offer a simple and affordable exchange option. Instead of returning the item, you can request the correct size by paying a $15 processing fee. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply at checkout for the delivery of the new item.
This solution allows you to keep the original item and avoid the high costs of international returns. It ensures a quicker, more convenient process, while minimizing the hassle typically associated with returns from outside the EU. We believe this option provides a smoother experience for our customers while keeping costs low.

Halloween Shipping and Return Policy
Please be advised that for any orders placed after October 21st, there is a possibility that your package may not arrive in time for Halloween, particularly for deliveries to the United States, where shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
By placing an order after October 21st, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
- Risk of Delivery Delays: You accept the risk that your package may not arrive before Halloween (October 31st).
- No Refunds or Exchanges: We will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns for orders that arrive after Halloween due to shipping delays.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer assumes full responsibility for any order placed after October 21st, understanding the potential for delayed delivery.
