1. It has already been 14 business days and I still haven't received my package?
We're sorry this happened... Have you checked the Track & Trace code? Sometimes packages get held up at customs. Please allow an additional 5 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in 99% of cases, the package still gets delivered. Have you waited 14 business days plus 5 more days? Then please contact us and we’ll find a solution together.
2. Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. It usually takes about 1 to 5 business days to receive your Track & Trace code. Also check your spam folder, as our emails may occasionally end up there. Please note that it may take a few business days for your tracking to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace code you received by email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to check the status of your delivery. You can do that on this page.
4. I'm not satisfied with my package
Please contact us with an explanation and a photo or video of the issue, and we will help you as soon as possible.
